To start, we would like to express our gratitude, thanks, and appreciation to the manager and employees at Dunkin' Donuts in Cream Ridge, NJ, that made this project possible. Their guidance allowed us to create the fundamental components of this project.


The Dunkin Donuts franchise in Cream Ridge, New Jersey, provided valuable insights into how Dunkin Brands assist their franchisees and management teams in successfully handling operation management. The operation management team at Dunkin uses management information systems and the organizational structure of dynamic and structured processes. Operation management is critical for a company to succeed. It helps an organization such as Dunkin manage, control, and deliver exceptional consumer products. Dunkin Donuts is a well-known successful multinational company with over 11,300 franchises worldwide. Dunkin offers each franchisee the latest and most secure software to manage many locations correctly. That software includes NCR Corporation, Oracle Reporting and Analytics, and Net Chef Crunch time. They also offer each franchisee a training tool that aids management and employee process called Dunkin University. Dunkin is committed to finding innovative and fast ways to send important information to all franchises using Dunkin University. Our findings through our interview are concluded. Our results suggest that Dunkin' needs to maintain effective strategies in the fast-food industry through continuous innovation of its menu while ensuring an efficient supply network by leveraging technology.
